We want our customers to feel comfortable calling us when you need us. Here are the ways that we can stay in contact.
We welcome phone calls to either of our cell phones. Click here to go to our contact page and find all of our contact information. There is voice mail for all the phone numbers, so if we are unable to answer you will be able to leave us a message.
Sometimes we are not able to retrieve our messages immediately. This can be the case if we are showing property or in a meeting. In these situations it might be a few hours before we are able to hear your message or return your call. If that is okay with you based on your assessment of the urgency of the situation, we will call you back at the first opportunity.
If you feel the situation is more urgent and you need to reach us more quickly, feel free to alert either me or John by text message, and we will then check our voicemail as soon as possible.
You are also welcome to communicate with us by email or text. We check my email throughout the day and you will hear back from us, usually by the end of the day if not much sooner.
If we have listed your property for sale, and it needs to be shown by appointment, one of us will call you to set each appointment. Please make an effort to return our call as soon as you can, so that we do not miss an opportunity to show your house!
At the start of our professional relationship we will discuss with you how often you would like to be contacted, at what time of day and by what method. When we both know what is expected it makes things go much more smoothly!
Lastly, we occasionally need to go out of town and when this occurs we will notify you about the dates and a contact agent who will handle things that cannot wait until our return. Even when we are away, we always have our cell phones, and and a laptop, so if there is an emergency we can usually still be reached.
